The Text and Heading Elements can be used to add any type of textual content to your layouts. The text element, by default, creates smaller text and is intended for use when creating any non-heading text. Heading Elements should be used to create more prominent pieces of text, with each heading from 1-5 denoting decreasing importance (reflected in the size of the created text). Once added to the Canvas, click inside the Element in order to access the Text Toolbar. This will allow you to format all aspects of your text, in a manner similar to how a word processor or a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor would.
The Text Toolbar
Formatting options available on the top row of the Text Toolbar are as follows (left to right):

- Undo/Redo
- Bold/Italic/Underline
- Remove Formatting
- Alignment

The three dots to the far right of the Text Toolbar can be used to show/hide the second row of options. This second row provides the following additional options:
- Subscript/Superscript
- Numbered/Bulleted Lists
- Decrease/Increase Indent
- Insert Table
- Transform text to Uppercase/Capitalize/Lowercase
Standard users have access to an almost identical Text Toolbar. However, they do not have the ability to change the font style.
